Job summary

Lotte Duty Free is seeking Seasonal Sales Crew for our Sydney Downtown Store. You will engage customers, drive luxury sales, and provide world-class service in a fast-paced environment.

The role runs Oct–Feb with a flexible schedule including late nights and weekends. Training is provided, and candidates must be 18+ with strong POS and cash-handling skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must commit to Oct-Dec blackout period.
• Strong customer service, POS, and cash-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, high-quality service.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
• Support with stock movements throughout the store, ensuring stock is transferred, replenished, and stored accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate current promotions and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Keep shelves stocked, organised, and presented to a high standard.
• Maintain tidy storerooms and stock areas.
• Adhere to customer purchase conditions and safety procedures.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for Seasonal Sales Crew to join our Sales team at our Sydney Downtown Store during the busiest time of the year, including Black Friday!

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting store sales and daily stock operations. You will engage with customers, promote our wide range of global brands and luxury products, and create memorable shopping experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within a team, thrives in a busy retail environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Casual position from mid-October through to February 2027.
