Job summary

Ralph Lauren Chatswood is looking for switched on seasonal casual Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and a memorable shopping experience during the festive period.

You will work a rotating 7-day roster across September 2026 to March 2027, with weekdays and weekends, late nights and public holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and you should have a passion for fashion and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles.
• A genuine love and understanding of our brand.
• Demonstrated experience working towards KPI's/targets.
• Strong merchandise disciplines.
• Excellent team player who enjoys working in a team and can respond well in an ever-changing environment.
• Great communicator who is confident with customers and store operations.
• A ‘can do’ attitude.
• Well-groomed and can be a great brand ambassador with a good understanding of fashion trends and styling.
