Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a switched on Seasonal Ecommerce Stock Associate for Myer Online in Macquarie Park during the festive season. You will maintain an organized stock room and support the team with order fulfilment.

Role requires flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours. Commencement is September 2026 with potential for permanency and a rotating 7‑day roster across peak season.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar stock role, preferably within a high volume or luxury environment.
• Is confident and comfortable to make autonomous decisions when required.
• Is able to demonstrate flexibility and innovation in reacting positively to changing work demands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that incoming and outgoing PRL online orders via Myer.com are processed according to company regulations and standards.
• Provide tracking information of customer online orders and deliveries to stores and customers.
• Verify that all shipments arrive secure and complete, match goods received to description on documents and report any discrepancies to management.
• Ensure quality control and inspection of all merchandise.
• Ensure Inventory control and conduct inventory checks as required.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a switched on and dynamic Seasonal Ecommerce Stock Associate to join our busy team at Myer Online, located in Macquarie Park during the festive season.As an Ecommerce Stock Associate, you will be detail orientated and exceptionally organized to ensure our stock room is well maintained and support the team fulfilling clients orders.

As a Seasonal Ecommerce Stock Associate, you will be required to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours during peak season.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that incoming and outgoing PRL online orders via Myer.com are processed according to company regulations and standards.

Seasonal Details

Commencement date fromSeptember 2026 until March 2027

Initially a temporary role with opportunity to be made permanent!

Work across a rotating 7-day roster

You will be expected to work across a mixture of weekdays and weekends, including extended trading hours and public holidays over the festive period
