The Salvation Army Salvos Stores in Western Sydney is seeking Seasonal Casual Team Members to support busy trading across Minchinbury, Box Hill, McGraths Hill, Marayong, Richmond, Seven Hills, Mount Druitt, Penrith, St Marys and Springwood. These casual roles run from October 2026 to February 2027 with no guarantee of extension.

As a Casual Sales Assistant you will operate Point of Sale devices, sort donations, assist with visual merchandising and store presentation, and provide outstanding

• Retail sales experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers.
• High energy, hands-on approach with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Alignment with values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration and diversity.
• Flexibility to work weekends and across multiple store locations as needed.

We’re seeking Casual Sales Assistants to support the day-to-day operations and help create an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community.

Reporting to the Store Manager, we are seeking Seasonal Casual Team Members to support our Salvos Stores across Western Sydney and Lower Blue Mountains stores. Locations are Minchinbury, Box Hill, McGraths Hill, Marayong, Richmond, Seven Hills, Mount Druitt, Penrith, St Marys and Springwood.

These roles are available for the seasonal period from the start of October 2026 to end February 2027 and are designed to support increased trading demands during our busy holiday season. Successful applicants must be available to work throughout this period, including peak holiday trading times, and may be required to work across any of the listed store locations as needed.

Please note that these are casual seasonal roles only, offered to support short-term operational needs during this period. There is no guarantee of ongoing employment or extension beyond February 2027.

• Flexibly to work a rolling roster including weekends and preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area.
