Job summary

Sephora Canberra is hiring a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a casual fixed-term basis. You will help customers across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness and participate in onboarding with field trainers and our online learning platform.

Ideal candidates have previous retail sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and are ready to participate in cross-training sessions. Availability during peak days Thursday–Sunday and November 2026 to January 2027 is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
• Work across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments.
• Onboarding training and access to our online learning platform.
