Job summary

ZircoDATA Pty Ltd is seeking multiple Christmas Casual Team Members to support warehouse operations in Brisbane. The role focuses on picking, packing, and using an Order Picker or forklift while maintaining accuracy and safe handling of confidential materials.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with tasks spanning inventory system actions, PDA use, and general admin duties in the warehouse. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• LO/LF ticket
• Physically fit (some cartons can be 10kg+)
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Prior data entry experience in a warehouse setting is desired
• Strong attention to detail
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer and communication skills are required
• Familiar with various warehouse systems and Microsoft Office programs
• Must have a current drivers license
• Positive attitude and ability to contribute towards a winning team mentality
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to problem solve and adapt
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously

Responsibilities

• Christmas casual position
• Picking and putting away of boxes and files in warehouse
• Operating an Order Picker and/or Forklift
• Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm
• Maintaining safe work practices and complying with all WH&S policies
• Use of PDA (personal digital assistant)
• Ability to efficiently operate computerised inventory systems
• Efficient and effective handling of confidential material
• Audit checks on process carried out by team members
• Performing various administrative tasks and projects in the warehouse
• Other ad hoc duties as required
