Job summary

Staff 360 is recruiting for Harvest & Cotton Machinery Operators in the Rowena/Walgett region of Northern NSW. Two positions available, immediate start, suitable for couple or mates. Work spans wheat/cereal harvest, cotton planting, irrigation and general farm duties on a large-scale operation.

The role focuses on machinery operation with some irrigation tasks; experience with tractors, harvest equipment and GPS-guided machinery is highly regarded. Apply now via Staff 360.

Qualifications

• Experience in broadacre cropping or harvest operations
• Strong tractor and machinery operating skills
• Experience with GPS / guidance systems
• Good mechanical awareness and ability to assist with servicing
• Willingness to help with irrigation and general farm duties
• Ability to work long hours during peak harvest and planting periods

Responsibilities

• Operate wheat, cereal harvest and cotton planting machinery
• Chaser bin and general harvest machinery operation
• Operate tractors and cropping machinery
• Assist with irrigation and ground preparation during cotton season
• Carry out general machinery servicing and maintenance
• Support farm and paddock preparation and other labour tasks as needed
