Job summary

ALO Sydney is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the sales floor or in operations during our peak season. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store running smoothly across The Galeries and Sydney Westfield locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales environment is preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Impact store environment positively and align with store goals.
• Drive and exceed sales targets using Flow initiatives.
• Greet customers and understand their needs to support engagement.
• Process transactions and returns per policy.
• Educate on guest-facing initiatives and product launches on the floor.
• Utilize incentives and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with shipments and timely replenishment on the floor.
• Ensure front and back of house procedures follow policy.
