This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a proactive service mindset in a premium store environment. The Educator will support store operations, keep visuals tidy, and use store tech to enhance guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Create world‑class guest experiences and share product education with guests.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and offer customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless omnichannel guest experiences (buy online, pick up in store, etc.).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and support store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to address issues and "make it right".
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to optimize guest experience and store operations.
• Perform product presentation, restock, destock, and use in‑store technology to support operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; follow policies and procedures.
