The Good Guys in Australia is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casuals as Peak Trade Team Members to support customers across our stores during the peak season. You will engage customers, assist with purchases, and help create a positive shopping experience.

Join a team focused on customer service, home appliances and electronics, with opportunities to work across stores within the designated area during September 2026 to February 2027.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales enthusiasm for home electronics.
• Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments.
• Effective communication with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work during peak holiday period (Sep 2026–Feb 2027).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and assist with purchases on the shop floor.
• Deliver friendly, helpful in-store service and answer calls.
• Maintain store merchandising and product presentation.
• Support across multiple stores within the area as needed.
