Job summary

The Good Guys is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casuals to join our friendly team. Recruitment begins in late August with start dates from mid-late September depending on store needs and candidate availability.

As a Peak Trade Team Member, you’ll engage with customers, support purchases, and deliver an in-store experience aligned with our standards. You may work across stores within a designated geographical area during the peak period (Sept 2026 to Feb 2027).

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers by proactively engaging and educating them to support their purchases
• Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers
• Delivering in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders
• Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store
