Oroton is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist for Eastern Creek to deliver warm, knowledgeable service across our leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear collections. You will guide customers, style support, and ensure every interaction reflects the Oroton brand during a peak festive period.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience within apparel, accessories or premium retail (essential).
• Confidence achieving sales targets and working towards KPIs.
• Impeccable personal presentation that reflects the Oroton brand.
• Genuine passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

From styling support to genuine connection, you'll ensure every customer feels welcomed, valued, and supported - bringing warmth and exceptional service to each interaction.

Seasonal Details

• Commencement date from November 2026 - February 2027
• Begin as a seasonal team member, with the opportunity to continue as an ongoing casual - and even step into permanent roles, depending on performance
• Please note: Due to the nature of the festive trading period, successful candidates must be available throughout our blackout trading period, including weekends, late-night trading and public holidays
