Job summary

Oroton Group is hiring a Seasonal Retail Team Member in Sydney to deliver warm, confident service and product knowledge across our leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear. You’ll guide customers, assist with styling and ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued.

Ideal candidates have passion for fashion, prior premium retail experience, and flexibility to work through November 2026–February 2027 during peak season, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Retail experience in apparel, accessories or premium retail is essential.
• Able to meet sales targets and KPI expectations.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn on the go.
• Impeccable personal presentation reflecting the Oroton brand.
• Flexible to thrive during busy trading periods.

• Previous retail experience within apparel, accessories or premium retail (essential)
• Confidence achieving sales targets and working towards KPIs
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment during our busiest trading period

Seasonal Details

• Commencement date from November 2026 - February 2027
• Begin as a seasonal team member, with the opportunity to continue as an ongoing casual - and even step into permanent roles, depending on performance
• Please note: Due to the nature of the festive trading period, successful candidates must be available throughout our blackout trading period, including weekends, late-night trading and public holidays
