Job summary

Pillow Talk Australia is hiring Christmas Retail Sales Assistants for the Melton store. This casual role focuses on delivering warm, knowledgeable service and helping customers create beautiful home looks during the festive season.

You’ll unpack stock, assist with displays and ensure a welcoming, joyful shopping experience. Ideal candidates are confident, personable, and able to multitask across busy weekend shifts, with a prepaid contract that runs through 24 January 2027.

Qualifications

• Great availability across seven days, with emphasis on busy weekends

Responsibilities

• Unpack new Christmas decorations and summer stock.
• Assist customers in creating decorative looks for Christmas—trees, tables, bedrooms and living spaces.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and help customers find gifts for loved ones.
• Support team in a dynamic retail setting and contribute to a festive shopping experience
