Job summary

Pillow Talk Australia is hiring Christmas Retail Sales Assistants for the Melton store. This casual role focuses on delivering warm, knowledgeable service and helping customers create beautiful home looks during the festive season.

You’ll unpack stock, assist with displays and ensure a welcoming, joyful shopping experience. Ideal candidates are confident, personable, and able to multitask across busy weekend shifts, with a prepaid contract that runs through 24 January 2027.

• Support team in a dynamic retail setting and contribute to a festive shopping experience

• You’re full of personality and confidence, and can quickly develop interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues
• You have the ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities and all the curveballs that retail can throw at you
• You have great availability for work across the seven days of the week, and most importantly our busy weekends
• Great listening skills and problem-solving skills to help our customers find the perfect home gift idea for their loved ones... (comfort really is the gift that keeps on giving!)
• This role will be a maximum-term contract and therefore, you must be available from now until 24th January 2027
