Job summary

Williams Epping is seeking a Seasonal Casual Sales Assistant to join during our peak trade season. You will greet customers with energy, help them find the perfect fit, and contribute to a well-presented store.

As a Customer Experience Champion, you will support stock deliveries and provide warm, efficient service to ensure every interaction reflects the Munro Experience. This role runs through the busy period from late November to February 2027.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is desirable.
• Able to stay energetic and engaging during peak periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with high energy and deliver the Munro Experience.
• Help customers find their perfect fit and answer product questions.

Be a Customer Experience Champion. At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for energetic team members to join our Williams Epping team during our biggest trade season,when our stores are buzzing and we focus on delivering the ‘Munro Experience' with every interaction.

As a Customer Experience Champion (retail casual), you'll greet every customer with high energy, help them find their perfect fit, and keep the store looking on point. From stock deliveries to customer service that counts, you'll help to make every moment matter for our customers.
