Job summary

Williams Springfield is hiring Seasonal Casual Sales Assistants to deliver the Munro Experience. You will greet customers with high energy, help them find the right fit, and keep the store looking sharp. You’ll support stock deliveries and daily store tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and available during our busy season from late November through February 2027. Generous staff discounts and team incentives accompany this seasonal role.

Be a Customer Experience Champion. At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for energetic team members to join our Williams Springfield team during our biggest trade season,when our stores are buzzing and we focus on delivering the ‘Munro Experience' with every interaction.

As a Customer Experience Champion (retail casual), you'll greet every customer with high energy, help them find their perfect fit, and keep the store looking on point. From stock deliveries to customer service that counts, you'll help to make every moment matter for our customers.
