Job summary

BCF Auburn is seeking a Seasonal Casual Retail Assistant to support customers outdoors and help stock shelves during Australia’s peak season. The role offers team discounts, a friendly team, and opportunities to grow with Super Retail Group.

You’ll help customers find products, maintain store standards, and assist during busy mornings and weekends from mid-October to early-February. Prior retail is a bonus, but reliability and enthusiasm matter most.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Availability for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays over summer.
• Must undergo pre-employment checks including 2x reference checks and work rights verification.

What we're looking for

• We're seeking 1000+ seasonal positions across Australia.
• Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• We're especially looking for team members who can work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays over summer. Our busy season runs from mid-October through to early-February, and it's essential that you're available throughout this period!
• Reliability and resilience.
• This role requires stamina for tasks like stocking shelves, assisting customers, and more throughout the day.
• Knowledge or passion for our products is highly regarded.
• Be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including providing 2x Reference Checks and Work Rights Verification.
