Job summary

BCF Bundaberg is seeking a Seasonal Casual Retail Assistant to join our outdoor-loving team. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and help create an inviting store environment.

Retail experience is a bonus, but reliability and stamina are essential. Availability during peak season (mid-Oct to early Feb), including Tue/Wed/Fri shifts, is highly valued. Pre-employment checks apply. Benefits include team member discounts and growth opportunities within Super Retail Group.

What we're looking for

• We're seeking 1000+ seasonal positions across Australia.
• Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• We're especially looking for team members who can work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays over summer. Our busy season runs from mid-October through to early-February, and it's essential that you're available throughout this period!
• Reliability and resilience.
• This role requires stamina for tasks like stocking shelves, assisting customers, and more throughout the day.
• Knowledge or passion for our products is highly regarded.
• Be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including providing 2x Reference Checks and Work Rights Verification.
