rebel Penrith is seeking a Seasonal Casual Retail Assistant to deliver engaging, high-energy customer experiences during our peak period. You will help customers find the right products and create a welcoming store environment.

Join Australia’s biggest sporting retailer for mid-October to mid-February, with shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends. A passion for sport and a team-first attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to energize and engage customers.
• Interest in sport, fitness, or outdoors.
• Retail experience is a bonus; customer-first mindset essential.

Your role

You'll help create authentic customer experiences by:

• Inspiring and assisting customers
• Equipping customers with the right products and advice
• Creating engaging and inviting store environments
• Replenishing and presenting stock
• Supporting morning, evening and weekend trading periods

Availability

Our peak season runs from Mid-October to Mid-February, and we're particularly interested in candidates who are available throughout this period, including Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
