Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking Seasonal Casual Pickers & Packers for the Distribution Centre Erskine Park in NSW. You will support order fulfilment, utilising hand scanners and voice-picking technology to move products efficiently.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and good communication within a high-energy team. Roles run through to January 2027 with weekly pay and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Experience with picking and packing processes in a distribution environment.
• Comfort using pick technology like handheld scanners or voice-picking.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work collaboratively with the team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

What will make you successful

• Proven work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Alignment with a safety culture.
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with your team.
• Experience using pick technology (hand scanners, voice picking units) is highly regarded.
• Previous experience working safely in a distribution centre, warehouse or back-of-house stock area (preferably working across multiple product types and storage requirements) or a similar, high energy role (retail, hospitality, courier) is highly regarded but not essential.
