Job summary

The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for Seasonal Casual Beauty Advisors to support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service on the shop floor. You will learn customer needs, recommend Body Shop products, uphold company values and policies, and provide expert advice on our philosophy.

Availability includes Monday through Sunday to suit store targets.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player open to daily coaching/feedback from Store/Assistant Manager.
• Genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
• Availability Monday through Sunday.

The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good. Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies. Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into the Body Shop products and philosophy.

What we look for

Previous retail experience is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to Sunday.
