The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for Christmas Casual Beauty Advisors to support store teams with exceptional customer service and sales focus during peak season.

As a Beauty Advisor, you will learn customer needs, recommend products, and uphold company values while following store procedures. Availability Monday through Sunday is preferred, with daily coaching from the Store and Assistant Manager to help you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player open to coaching/feedback from Store and Assistant Manager.
• Genuine passion for beauty and retail industry.
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
• Available Monday through Sunday.
