Job summary

The Body Shop Australia is seeking Christmas Casual Beauty Advisors to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. You will deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor, helping guests discover products that make them feel great while supporting store targets.

As a Beauty Advisor, you'll learn our customers' needs, offer expert advice on The Body Shop range, and uphold our values and policies. Availability across Monday to Sunday is preferred, with daily coaching from management to help you

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with rapport-building focus.
• Team player and open to daily coaching from Store/ASM.
• Genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
• Agile, tenacious and optimistic team member.
• Availability Monday through Sunday.
