Qualifications

• Must have a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
• Previous experience in bartending is required.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

• Observe the rules of responsible service of alcohol.
• Ensure the bar remains stocked and visually appealing.
• Deliver optimum guest service and prepare drinks according to standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner
• Offer food and beverages from the bar
• Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
• Ensure the bar remains stocked and looking fantastic
• Be efficient in handling cash
• Offer optimum guest service – create “Moments that Matter”
• Take pride in preparing and serving drinks according to Topgolf recipes and standards
• Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest’s experience and maximise sales

Key Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
