Job summary

The Athlete's Foot in Shepparton is hiring Casual Sales Assistants for the Back to School & Summer season. You’ll assist customers with footwear fit and style, help them find the right product, and contribute to a lively, fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, customer-focused and able to work weekends and extended shifts during peak season. Training and 40% off Accent Group brands are part of the package, with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
