Job summary

The Athlete’s Foot in Grafton is seeking Casual Sales Assistants to join our Back to School and Summer season crew. Help customers find the perfect footwear and provide fitting advice in a fast-paced environment.

Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude. You'll contribute to achieving sales targets, support online orders and help maintain store presentation while enjoying a generous staff discount and a fun team culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle.
• Positive, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability across the Back to School & Summer period is required.

Step Into Back to School & Seasonal Sales

We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Grafton Store!

If you love footwear, enjoy helping people find their perfect fit, and thrive in a fast-paced team, we want you!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
