Job summary

The Athlete’s Foot Australia & New Zealand in Forster is seeking Casual Sales Assistants for the Back to School & Summer season. You will help customers find the perfect footwear and deliver expert fit advice in a fast-paced store.

This seasonal role runs mid‑November 2026 to mid‑February 2027, including weekends and public holidays. A positive, energetic team player with a passion for footwear is encouraged to apply, with training and staff discounts on Accent Group brands.

• Customer service experience is a bonus but not required
• Passion for footwear and an active lifestyle

Step Into Back to School & Seasonal Sales

We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Forster Store! If you love footwear, enjoy helping people find their perfect fit, and thrive in a fast-paced team, we want you!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
