Job summary

Belgravia Leisure Group Pty Ltd is seeking an Aquatic Operations Coordinator to lead our aquatic team and coordinate daily facility operations with safety and exceptional service. This seasonal role runs Nov–Mar and requires strong leadership and hands-on management of lifeguards and duty managers.

The position demands early mornings, evenings and weekend availability, plus qualifications in First Aid, CPR, lifeguard, and pool operations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire others.
• Sound knowledge of work health and safety guidelines, evacuation and emergency procedures.
• Demonstrated experience of plant room management and pool operations is essential.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate.
• National Police Check.
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
• Current Pool Operations Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the facility with safety and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead, coach and engage a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards.
• Ensure hazard prevention and compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
