Job summary

PixelStorm is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our Melbourne-based agency. You will develop and execute strategies to grow organic traffic and leads for our clients, with a focus on On-Page, Content, and Off-page SEO.

This role requires 3+ years in SEO, agency background, GA4 proficiency, and a passion for staying ahead of search trends. You will collaborate with content teams, report to clients, and thrive in a hybrid two-days in-office setup in Richmond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SEO (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of on-page, content, and off-page SEO.
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and lead generation for our clients.
• Experience across On-Page, Content, and Off-page SEO.
• Work with GA4 and analytics to monitor performance and optimise results.
• Optimize website content and structure for visibility in search engines.
• Collaborate with internal content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content.
• Provide regular reporting to the internal team and clients.

Responsibilities:

As our SEO Specialist, you will:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and lead generation for our clients.
• Have experience acrossOn-Page, Content, and Off-page SEO.
• Have worked with GA4.
• Optimise website content and structure for improved search engine visibility.
• Collaborate with our internal content creators to ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Love reporting and updating the internal team and clients regularly
• Monitor and analyse website performance using analytics tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance SEO efforts continually.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in SEO
• Some exposure and understanding around LLM Optimisation. Even better if you have processes and systems allready for this
• Problem Solving expertise
• Agency experience a must
• Proven experience in SEO, with a track record of achieving results.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms & ranking factors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Technical SEO experience
• Proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• A passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends.
• Confident and curious nature - SEO is ever changing, and you'll be up to date with the latest updates and change

Must be Melbourne based as the role is HYBRID with two days a week in the office in Richmond.
