Job summary

Accenture is seeking experienced SD-WAN/SASE Operations Engineers to support and maintain enterprise networking and security environments. This role focuses on the operational management of SD-WAN, SASE, firewall, cloud networking, and core network infrastructure to ensure stability and performance of critical services.

You will work with engineering, architecture, and client teams to resolve incidents, implement changes, optimize network performance, and contribute to transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience operating enterprise SD-WAN and SASE platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network incidents.
• Familiarity with ITIL change processes.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and support SASE solutions such as Netskope and Prisma Access.
• Manage SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, and Zero Trust policies.
• Configure and support SD-WAN with traffic steering and QoS.
• Administer next-gen firewall policies and threat prevention controls.
• Troubleshoot VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and WAN transport.
• Support cloud networking connectivity to AWS and Azure.
