Thales Defence Mission Systems is seeking a Scylla ISS Project Support Officer in Sydney to join a diverse team supporting in-service submarines. You will provide administrative and project support services across document control, meeting coordination, financial administration and travel arrangements.
You will work with tools such as JIRA, MS Office, and SharePoint, contribute to Lean improvements, and help manage project actions and reporting.

The Scylla Project Support Officer will be part of a diverse team of engineers, technicians, production staff and management involved in the In-Service Support (ISS) of Collins class submarine. Specifically, providing administrative and project support services to the group.

Prior to being offered employment, you will need to complete pre-employment police and (role dependent) medical checks. Applicants must be Australian citizens and be eligible to obtain NV1 security clearance.
