Job summary

A leading financial services provider in the City of Melbourne seeks an experienced professional to manage projects within the Private Banking and Investment Banking domains. The role requires overseeing project timelines, coordinating Scrum meetings, and ensuring software development teams operate efficiently. Candidates should have prior experience in the BFSI sector and be eligible to work in Australia. Position offers a 12-month contract with possible extensions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Wealth and/or equity domain in the BFSI sector.
• Experience working in Private Banking, Corporate banking, Markets and/or Investment banking.
• Experience with high transactional digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage each project's scope and timeline.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Help software development teams apply the Scrum framework.
• Plan deliverables and help teams monitor performance.
• Resolve issues that hinder the team's work.
