Overview

Reporting to our Head of Delivery, the Scrum Master will be responsible for the management of a team to deliver agile services and solutions. You will educate others on scrum theory and practice, to deliver outstanding service to customers that meet our business objectives. This role is a 12 month contract

Working closely with the Squad Lead, ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team

Coordinate sprints, meetings and daily stand-ups

Coordination of retrospectives and show cases

Provide reporting and project management support from the team and in coordination with the rest of the program.

Coaching team members within the broader team about agile frameworks, self-management and cross-functionality

Working with Product Owners to prioritise new and existing requests and find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management

Removing barriers between stakeholders and the Scrum Team and resolving conflicts that impede the delivery of work to agreed timeframes

Responsibilities

About You

• Significant experience in equivalent role
• Experience working in an Agile Team environment, specifically using Jira
• Proficiency with Agile tools including Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Demonstrated experience leading a scrum team in medium to large organisations preferably with exposure to membership organisations, education providers or other similar affiliations
