Recycal Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Truck Driver at our Ringwood HQ in Melbourne. This casual role offers a pathway to full-time, with early starts and a standard Mon-Fri 6:00 am–4:00 pm schedule.

The driver will collect, deliver and change over scrap metal bins, report to the logistics manager, and uphold a strong customer service focus. Applicants should hold a valid HR licence, have prior truck driving experience, and be reliable with a flexible approach to hours.

Qualifications

• HR licence required.
• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of load restraint and road safety.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
• Flexible hours and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks to collect, deliver and change over scrap metal bins.
• Ensure loads are secured and restrained per regulations.
• Complete paperwork and delivery documentation accurately.
• Maintain neat appearance and professional attitude; uniform provided.
• Work with Logistics and Operations Managers to service customers efficiently.
