Ochre Health Ltd is seeking two full-time GP VMO Supervisors to mentor registrars in rural Tasmania and contribute to the ongoing recruitment for GP VMOs across Tasmanian sites. You will supervise up to four registrars, provide clinical guidance and pastoral support, and be credentialed with THS.

The role offers competitive remuneration, a relocation incentive, and potential to take on the Medical Coordinator role. A strong teaching time component is included.

Qualifikationen

• Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM
• Current AHPRA registration (Specialist)
• Supervisor status (or eligibility to become a supervisor) across RACGP/ACRRM
• THS credentialing (or willingness to obtain it)
• ALS2 (or equivalent) and comfort in rural hospital settings

The Role

In this role, you'll supervise up to four registrars across the RACGP and ACRRM pathways, providing clinical guidance and pastoral support as they develop their skills in the rewarding world of rural general practice.
