MacKillop College in Victoria is seeking an experienced Science educator to provide instructional leadership and pedagogical support for our Science program across Years 7–12. The Learning Leader will oversee curriculum development, assessment, and SACs, coordinate laboratory operations and safety, and mentor science staff, fostering evidence-informed practice and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading science curriculum aligned to standards.
• Ability to mentor teachers and lead professional learning.
• Experience with laboratory safety, risk assessments and WHS compliance.
• Ability to use assessment data to improve student outcomes.
