Job summary

You will work closely with teaching staff, uphold the school's Christian ethos, and maintain strong WHS practices. A relevant laboratory qualification or equivalent experience is essential, along with current NSW Working With

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in Laboratory Skills or equivalent experience.
• Current NSW Working With Children\'s Check.
• Demonstrated understanding of laboratory safety practices and chemical handling procedures.
• Sound knowledge of secondary school Science curriculum requirements.
• Experience working in a school laboratory environment.
• Committed Christian active in local church.
• Willingness to uphold the vision and ethos of Parkes Christian School.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Science Department for practical lessons.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and materials.
• Manage chemical and biological stock.
• Support compliance with WHS requirements in all science spaces.
