Job summary

Department of Education in Swan Hill is seeking a qualified psychologist to join the Student Support Services (SSS) team. The role focuses on addressing barriers to student access, progress and wellbeing within schools in the Swan Hill area.

You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting to support students, families and educators, contributing to improved outcomes and wellbeing across the school community.

Qualifications

• A graduate or post-graduate degree in Psychology.
• Full registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check.
• Must address the selection criteria and provide two professional referees.

Responsibilities

• Support schools through the Student Support Services (SSS) to address barriers affecting student access, progress and well-being.
• Collaborate as part of an area-based multi-disciplinary health, wellbeing, and inclusion team.
• Contribute to building school capability to support student achievement, engagement and wellbeing.
