Job summary

Catholic Education in the Diocese of Cairns – Cairns North QLD is seeking School Learning Officers for term-time, fixed-term positions. 3 roles are available, each delivering 20–27.5 hours per week, at SOF Level 3 with an hourly rate of $34.17 to $35.62 gross plus 12.75% Superannuation.

Successful applicants must hold a Working with Children Blue Card and support the ethos of Catholic Education. The school offers generous leave loading, salary packaging, and long service leave provisions.

About the Role

The purpose of the School Learning Officer role is to maximise educational outcomes for students by providing assistance to Teachers to meet the learning goals of students. This may involve assisting Teachers in the delivery of learning programs both in small group and/or 1:1 scenarios.
