• Manage network infrastructure, user access, password maintenance, backups and data security.
• Support compliance with software licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate system updates, troubleshoot issues and respond to system failures.
• Proactively identify risks and propose technology improvements.
• Provide guidance to staff on effective use of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reliable, secure IT environment supporting 900+ students and staff at KBCHS.
• Manage network infrastructure, user access, password maintenance, backups and data security.
• Support compliance with licensing, IT copyright obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate system updates and maintenance; troubleshoot issues and respond to failures.
• Proactively identify risks and propose technology improvements aligned with IT goals.
• Provide practical support and guidance to staff for effective use of IT systems.
