Marymount College, Burleigh Waters, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the school's ICT strategy and service delivery. You will drive planning and delivery of ICT services, with a focus on Mac OS environments used by students and staff.

We seek a proactive leader with strong experience managing ICT budgets, teams, and infrastructure, ready to partner with senior staff to enable high-quality teaching and student outcomes in a faith-based education setting.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification at Associate Diploma/Diploma level in ICT or related field.
• Experience managing ICT budgets and resource allocations.
• Experience leading ICT staff through performance management and development.
• Marymount College uses Mac operating systems for student laptops; strong working knowledge of Apple computers is essential.
• Ability to provide strategic ICT advice to leadership and align with school goals.
• Knowledge of evolving ICT education sector and infrastructure improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the ICT strategic direction of ICT operations within the school, providing strategic advice and support to the leadership team.
• Investigate and implement hardware, software and ICT infrastructure in consultation with the Leadership Team.
• Provide strategic advice on operations, technology trends and future directions of ICT in education.
• Manage the ICT budget and resources, with reporting on future requirements.
• Lead and develop ICT staff through performance management, training and workforce planning.
