Job summary

Notre Dame College on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an ICT Leader to establish the ICT function and shape how ICT supports teaching, learning, staff, students and families. You will build foundations, provide expert ICT advice, and create a high-performing service culture across the P-12 College.

The role leads multidisciplinary teams, guides budgetary decisions, and drives ICT initiatives that improve efficiencies and align with policies.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management to drive ICT operations and outcomes.
• Expertise in providing strategic ICT advice on budgeting, risk identification and future opportunities.
• Experience contributing to ICT leadership decisions to improve efficiencies and align with policies.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure school ICT operations and outcomes are achieved.
• Providing strategic ICT advice to stakeholders on budget implications and risks for projects.
• Participating in ICT leadership decisions to improve school efficiencies and develop systems in line with policies.
• Promoting and implementing ICT initiatives to increase engagement and highlight student pathways.
• Fostering partnerships with ICT hardware, software and third-party vendors for warranties and repairs.
