Job summary

Kedron State High School is seeking a Schools Officer, Grounds and Facilities to join the team. Working with the Business Manager and Facilities Officer, you will help maintain our grounds to a high standard and support daily school operations.

The role involves security duties, asset recording, and assisting with events while ensuring WHS compliance and safe operation of facilities. Applications remain current for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily school support activities: mail, documents, printing, room/furniture prep, stock records.
• Undertake security and access duties: operate security systems and lock/unlock buildings during core hours.
• Maintain grounds and facilities: clear drains, manage waste, assist with major events and cleaning tasks.
• Support safe operation and upkeep of facilities by following WHS rules and arranging repairs.
