Job summary

Quayclean Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Full-time Supervisor to support cleaning operations at an educational facility in Newcastle. Shifts run Monday to Friday, 12pm–8pm, offering hands-on leadership to cleaning teams within school environments.

You will conduct quality checks, ensure safety/compliance, allocate tasks, and coach staff while maintaining high presentation and service standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning supervision, team leadership, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• High personal presentation and a strong commitment to safety.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current Police Check.
• Working With Children Check (essential).

About The Role

We are recruiting a Full-time Supervisor to support cleaning operations at educational facility in Newcastle.
