Job summary

Colten Care is seeking Qualified and Trainee Bus Drivers to drive our school buses in Callington. The successful applicant will transport school children to and from their schools on the schools rota, delivering a first-class service with reliability and care.

We offer 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 41 weeks per year, with overtime likely. PCV Licence holders earn £13.00 per hour and £14.00 per hour overtime; Trainee drivers start at £12.00 per hour, rising to £12.50 overtime in the first

Qualifications

• Must hold a driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ideally 2 years' driving experience and a good understanding of customer service in a bus service.
• A current DBS enhanced disclosure is required or will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive school buses on the schools rota to transport pupils to and from school.
• Maintain reliability, punctuality and safety when working with children.
• Report to the depot staff manager and work under own initiative.
