North West Hospital and Health Service in North West Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Primary School Nurse Health Readiness Program (Vision). You will contribute to vision screening and early identification of concerns in primary school children, and work collaboratively with families, schools and other health professionals to support health and wellbeing.

• Must have a relevant tertiary degree and current registration/licences as a nurse.
• Travel to various facilities within the North West Hospital and Health Service.
• C Class motor vehicle licence is required.

• Contribute to vision screening and early identification of vision concerns in primary school children.
• Work collaboratively with Children's Health Queensland, families, schools and healthcare professionals.
• Promote health education and culturally responsive care across the region.
