Qualifications

• Qualified professionals with expertise in mental health and wellbeing support.
• Experience delivering trauma-informed, youth-centred counselling or intervention.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary educational team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapeutic support and short-term counselling to students.
• Deliver prevention and early intervention activities to improve student wellbeing.
• Collaborate with teachers, wellbeing staff and external services to coordinate supports.
• Contribute to whole-campus wellbeing initiatives and staff capability development.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with student health information policies.
