TheirCare Plus is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker for Endeavour Hills Specialist School. You will provide individualized and group support to children with complex needs, implementing programs aligned with NDIS goals in a safe, developmentally appropriate environment.

Formación

• Experience in disability services, education, or related human services field.
• Ability to support children and young people with high and complex needs.
• Strong understanding of person-centred active support and inclusive practice.
• Commitment to safeguarding and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualised and group-based support for children and young people with complex disability needs.
• Implement developmentally appropriate programs aligned with NDIs goals (NDIS goals).
• Maintain supervision, safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Collaborate within a team with staff-to-participant ratio.
• Support daily routines, transitions and positive behaviour strategies.
• Complete documentation and reporting in line with NDIS and internal requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and reflective practice.
