Job summary

Uniting is seeking a Scheduling and Administrative Support Officer for the FlexConnect Pool, based in Leichhardt, NSW. This fixed-term, full-time role supports the Seniors Services team with efficient admin duties and rostering to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

You will engage in meetings, documentation, and stakeholder communications while contributing to governance, safety, and continuous improvement in a dynamic aged care environment.

Qualifications

• Deliver admin support and rostering for FlexConnect Pool.
• Coordinate meetings and events with stakeholders.
• Contribute to performance management and governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective administrative support to the FlexConnect Pool and broader Seniors Services team.
• Coordinate meetings and local events, including logistics for meetings and events.
• Provide project support and perform administrative tasks as requested by the Workforce Coordinator.
• Assist with compilation of meeting papers, agendas and distribution of minutes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure expectations and updates are clear.
• Maintain rostering data to support compliant and efficient staffing.
• Raise issues and opportunities regarding rostering and service provision to improve.
• Respond to general enquiries from internal and external stakeholders via multiple channels.
• Lead and work as a team within the FlexConnect Pool and support colleagues.
• Supervise staff when appropriate, including organizing training and recruitment as needed.
